Brandon Fugal was born in the United States on April 1st, 1973. He was born into a middle-class family with three brothers.

In fact, both of his brothers, Cameron and Matthew, starred in the reality show, The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch. In addition, they oversee the operation of the company, Aero Dynamics Jets.

Brandon attended Pleasant Grove High School. Since his childhood, he aspired to become a real estate developer. When he was 18, he became a licensed real estate agent.

He began working in corporate real estate after obtaining his real estate license. Prior to that, he was a senior associate at Grubb & Ellis/Wallace Associates.

Fugal worked as a Vice President for Utah Realty Group as well as in the real estate world. His business idea evolved into Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC), which he co-founded in 1998. Colliers International merged with CBC in 2018, and Fugal continues to serve as chairman of the company.

Among 220 Coldwell offices in the world, Brandon had made his Salt Lake City office the most successful. Colliers is now the most recognizable commercial real estate company in the Intermountain West following the merger.
