Early Years
Haley was born in Florida on January 7th, 1988. Besides being English, she is also Irish, Scottish, Lithuanian, and German. Originally from Fort Myers, Florida, she grew up in Naples, Florida. When Bennett was 6 years old, her parents divorced, and her father opened a garage for automobile repairs in Ohio.
Career
During her film debut, Bennett played pop star Cora Corman in Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore’s 2007 rom-com, “Music and Lyrics”. A number of Bennett’s songs were featured on the soundtrack of the film, including “Way Back Into Love” and “Buddha’s Delight”.
Her second and third films were released after Bennett signed a three-picture contract with Warner Bros. She then starred in the 2014 thriller Kristy as a lead role. Next, she co-starred with Bob Morley and Thomas Dekker in ‘Lost in the White City’, an independent drama.
Then, the film Hardcore Henry, based on the first-person narrative of Ilya Naishuller, starred Bennett in 2015.
