An expert doctor has issued a terrifying warning to those looking at trying out the “Reverse Cowgirl” sex position, and TikTok users are taking it in mixed ways.

His educational video has reached millions of views and over 411,000 likes. According to Dr. Karan, the risky position that can lead to severe injuries is the reverse cowgirl.
He explained that during intercourse, if there is any hard thrusting or if both partners are not in sync, the penis can accidentally slip out and fracture, and… well… we’ll spare you the rest.

Dr. Karan clarified that although the penis itself doesn’t have bones, the term’ penile fracture’ is used to describe a specific tear.
When this tissue is torn, it can cause severe pain and swelling, and if left untreated, it can lead to a multitude of serious injuries.
The consequences of a penile fracture are devastating, and Dr. Karan’s video serves as a cautionary tale to stay safe when you’re getting down and dirty.
