The TikTok video, shared by Tori, @browneyed_beautee, the groom’s sister, has racked up a jaw-dropping 10 million views and counting for this white woman’s rant about how much she “loves black people” in her speech.
Awkward Laughter and Confusion
The clip begins innocently enough, with the speaker, Shannon, introducing herself and mentioning her friendship with the bride, Tracy.
Things quickly take a turn when she blurts out, “You better take care of my girl because if you don’t, I know where you live.”
Awkward laughter ensues from the confused guests.
Shannon proceeds to utter the cringiest line of all: “You’re a part of the family, I swear to God. Like, I’m not going to be racist, you guys, I’m just sayin’.”

And just when you thought it couldn’t get any more cringe-worthy, she adds, “I’m gonna be racist, OK,” and praises the couple for “outstepping the stereotype” as a mixed-race duo.
The ordeal finally concludes with her proclaiming her love for Black people and a well-deserved clap from someone, signaling the end of this painfully awkward speech.
Tori’s caption on TikTok reads: “CRINGE WARNING. So my brother got married this past weekend, and this was one of the speeches from friends… Think miss girl was nervous but wheeww had a few of us like.”

The online response to the video has been a mix of shock, confusion, and amusement.
