In 2002, Dekanski graduated from high school and began working as a real estate agent with JJ Elek Realty. Rob began working for RE/MAX1st Advantage in spring 2007, and it has become one of the area’s most reputable residential real estate brokers.
He built a team by recruiting his brother first. Today, the Dekanski Team has 65 agents and is a top-performing RE/MAX team nationwide as well as internationally.
In order to make sure his clients love their new homes, he makes every effort to find them “the right address.”
